Who we are

What we collect

If you use Open a File, we receive the details you submit: your name, brokerage, phone, email, preferred contact method, property address, who you represent, file status, an optional acceptance date, and notes.

The site does not use advertising cookies and does not ask you to create an account.

How we use it

Your information is used only to open and manage your file and to reply to you. It is never sold. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When mail delivery is connected, submitting the form emails your details to Jess, and emails you a short confirmation. Nothing from the form is kept on this site. Contracts and documents are sent separately, by email. When mail delivery is not connected, the form opens a draft in your own email app instead.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share it.

Email jess@burnsedition.com with your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not offer a financial incentive tied to your personal information.
